If you are ordering within the USA or Canada, your order may incur duties and taxes. Dew Beauty Inc. (Dew of the Gods) cannot guarantee that your order will not incur additional taxes, duties, or other shipping/customs fees. We will not reimburse customers who are subject to these fees, and we will not provide a refund for this reason. International customers must determine any expected fees prior to ordering.

If you decline your package due to duties/customs and it is returned to Dew, you will need to pay for a new shipping label again if you wish to receive your order. If you wish to abandon your order, it will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, as well as a $15 shipping fee charge if your original order was shipped with a free shipping promotion. If any customs fees, duties are taxes are charged to Dew in order to receive inventory back, this will be deducted from your refund.
