If you are ordering within the USA or Canada, it is very unlikely that your order will incur duties and taxes, especially if it's under $200. However, we cannot guarantee that your order will not incur additional taxes, duties, or other shipping/customs fees. We will not reimburse customers who are subject to these fees, and we will not provide a refund for this reason. International customers must determine any expected fees prior to ordering.

If you decline your package due to duties/customs and it is returned to Dew, you will need to pay for a new shipping label again if you wish to receive your order. If you wish to abandon your order, it will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, as well as a $15 shipping fee charge if your original order was shipped with a free shipping promotion.
